Let's greet the day with an open level flow designed to get you ready for your day and the weekend!

Saturdays, 9:30-10:30 AM

YOGA FOUNDATIONS (Vinyasa)

This class is ideal for those who are new to yoga or for anyone who wants to brush up on the basics. We'll focus on alignment, breathing and having fun!

Mondays, 8:15-9:15pm

YOGA FOUNDATIONS (Vinyasa)

Learn what all the hype is about! This class is devoted to the newcomer who wants to build their practice from the ground up. Students will explore breath practices, standing sequences, seated poses, and an introduction to backbends. This class is ideal for those who are new to yoga or for anyone who wants to brush up on the basics.


BHAKTI FLOW (sub)

Saturday, 4/13 8:00-9:15AM

This class explores the devotional essence of yoga by connecting the breath to the mind, body, and soul through physical movement. Yoga asana (postures), philosophy, pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra meditation (transcending the mind), mudras (hand gestures that evoke meaning), and devotional chants and songs to raise your vibration are elements of this 75 minute class. This dynamic all levels class is an alignment and vinyasa based practice that will accommodate nearly every student from beginner to those with a steady practice. Each posture is built in stages, so ideally there is an option for everyone. This is a great opportunity for moving, breathing, opening, exploring your personal depths and limits.


SURYASIDE

*subbing in March and April *

Thursdays, 6:30-7:45 PM

FLOW AND RESTORE

This well rounded class begins with guided movement to help you stretch, strengthen, breathe and connect (approximately 45 minutes). After working up a bit of a sweat the class will cool down with some meditative and restorative poses before heading into final Savasana (approximately 30 minutes). Open Level. 

Tuesdays, 6:30-7:45 PM

VINYASA FLOW

Turn your attention inward as you link your movement to your breath. Work up a sweat as you move through a dynamic series of postures. Open/Intermediate level.

 

Friday- 4/26 6:00-7:00 PM

VINYASA FLOW (sub)

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic class which consists of a series of quickly sequenced flows of various postures. It focuses on connecting the breath with the movement to increase flexibility, strength, and stamina and calm the mind.

 

Friday- 4/26 7:30-8:30 PM

CANDLELIT REST AND RESTORE (sub)

It's been a long week! Heal your bodies and minds with us in this beautiful class.
